Just a little note to let you all know where we're at with regards to production.
The mirror has been cut.
The numbers frieze has been printed.
We are just waiting for the assembly to take place (both mirrors and numbers frieze).
We are estimating that all orders (both gift fair and web orders ) will begin leaving the warehouse towards the end of next week (around the 4th/5th September).
We apologise if you feel you have been waiting too long. Trust us...the wait is almost over!

Friday 15 August - Clearing up some confusion
Hi all.
I would love to take this opportunity to clear up a tiny bit of confusion in relation to the yearly planner.
The miriam bereson yearly planner is packaged each year with a small packet of magnets inside the rolled up tube.
The pack contains the following:
1 x magnetic object
1x small silver circular magnet
2x metal disc
I think some people have thought that the magnetic object has been supplied so that it can be placed on the current day throughout the day and move around. The truth is, we are not quite that clever!!
The magnets supplied are supplied merely to hang the planner from the top two corners. The botom of the planner should just hang. If it wants to roll up a little that's ok. Over time it will straighten out (or you can roll the planner back upon itself if you wish for a faster result).
The magnetic object is designed to sit in the top right hand corner (AND NOT MOVE AROUND) and the small silver circular magnet is to be placed in the top left hand corner to support the left hand side of the planner. Both of these magnets require the metal discs behind. The metal disc is blu taced to any surface and the planner is placed over the disc so that the magnet can attach. Naturally the discs are not required if you are fixing your planner to a surface which is made of metal. The discs are used so that you can hang the planner to any surface.
Any pen with a metal clasp (we like the uniball pens) will fix to the small circular magnet - that's why it's included!!

We've just arrived home after the Life in style gift fair. My goodness...the trade fairs just keep getting bigger and bigger!
Thank you to everyone who approached our stand and had such lovely things to say about our current range.
The new numbers freize was very well received and should prove to be a great partner to the already established alphabet frieze.
The mirrors were also very well received and so we will now move into production on these asap.
There is a good chance that we will participate in the Sydney February gift fair.
Over the next few weeks we will be doing our very best to deliver all orders made at the gift fair. I'm hoping that all orders will be sent prior to the end of the month.
Please remeber that the miriam bereson yearly planner will be available from the last Monday in September and we would really love you to support this product. Thank you.

A big thankyou to all those people who have emailed with their positive comments regarding the updated website. The response thus far has been nothing short of amazing. Orders have been comming through for products right across the range. This is very encouraging.
We have had quite a few pre orders for the 2009 miriam bereson yearly planner. To all of you who have pre ordered the planner I hope you are not expecting it next week (gulp, sigh!)
Your pre order planners will arrive on or around the LAST MONDAY IN SEPTEMBER.
When ordering the planner, have a think about which friends or relatives would like to receive one for christmas. The planner makes a great christmas present.
Finally, we always like to hear from you. We certainly would appreciate any comments or feedback you might have.

Hi everyone, just waiting on the bank to give the go ahead then the new website will go live (I'd say in around one week) - thanks for your patience.
Also, Miriam has been working on a numbers frieze to compliment the existing alphabet frieze. The two products will work so well together. I am excited to show you as soon as I can.
As I have mentioned before, we will be exhibiting at the LIFE IN STYLE gift fair July 31 - Aug 3 2008. Here you will be able to view the entire range. This event however is TRADE ONLY.

The new website is almost ready. Naturally Miriam has been responsible for the overall look or feel, however, I have to hand it to our web guy. How on earth do they make it all happen?
Perhaps one day it will all become clear. Until this time I shall just have to be continually mesmerised by how brilliant the internet has become. You never seem to hear, " no sorry, I cant do that". It is as though anything is possible. The site won’t be employing flash or musical backing tracks. Hopefully it will be quite simple and pleasurable to use...I guess you will be the ultimate judge.
Also just wanted to let you know that Miriam has created a NUMBERS FRIEZE to compliment the alphabet frieze...just wait until you see it...yum! It should be ready for the life in style gift fair.

Today I received this photograph. It was wonderful to see one of our products in use in someone else’s home. It just arrived out of the blue and into the inbox. Thank you Jessica.
By all means, send in some photos of our products if you have them in your home. We would love to see the mirrors, frieze, magnetic boards and yearly planner. We may even hold a little competition...the best photo of the month receives a set of three magnetic objects from miriam bereson.

This year is really travelling along fast. Well at least this is what it feels like to us.
miriam bereson is participating in the LIFE in style gift fair taking place in Melbourne late July. For information regarding this ’not to be missed’ event simply click here.
WE WILL ALSO BE PARTICIPATING (for the first time ever) in the SISTERS MARKET Saturday May 24th at the Brunswick Town Hall (Melbourne). I think this market is new, however, we are looking forward to being a part of it. If you would like to know more about the sisters market simply press here.
The funny thing is that when you tell people you are participating in gift fairs etc, everyone wants to know what new products you will be exhibiting.
Well the truth is that there won’t be that much new stuff from miriam bereson.
What it will be, will be a great opportunity to re connect with existing customers and to gather some more along the way.
We will be exhibiting the 2009 miriam bereson yearly planner, and we will also be looking at the possibility of producing some new mirrors. Email us@miriambereson.com and let us know what designs you would like to see in mirror.
The magnetic boards will be seeing a slight renaissance...we will be producing the boards primarily in white and using the magnetic objects to provide the colour. Don’t panic... they will look great. White will always outsell all other colours!!
So... we look forward to seeing you either at the sisters market (see above) or at the life in style gift fair.

Hi everyone. Winter is on the way. I can feel it. What does this mean for miriam bereson australia?... All it really means is that winter is on the way!
The new website is going to be wonderful. All products will be for sale through the site, so stay tuned for this. I’d say the new site will be ready just before the end of the financial year (mid - late June 2008).
Also miriam is working on the magnetic objects. As well as the cards,
we are looking at the possibility of selling the
magnetic objects as single magnets (no card, no envelope). This will
be for those who just want to collect the magnetic
objects for themselves (or to give as gifts) without having to purchase
the product as a card.
Hopefully this makes sense. Anyway, more shall be revealed soon. I’ve
seen the early mock ups and
I think this product is one of the most original products I have ever
seen from the studios of miriam bereson. Very original,
and more importantly...very miriam...stay tuned...
